England has slowly started to
ease the lockdown for Covid-19.
Starting the beginning of
June schools and some shops will be able to open.
A lot of country’s
governments have suggested to the people to wear a face mask. However the UK
government and some people are not keen in suggesting that people wear a
mask. By contrast, the Japanese government has recommended people wear masks with the
government issuing two masks per house for protection against the spread of
Covid-19. The mask has called “Abenomask” that made by cloth (gauze).
Recently a lot of places
force to people wearing the mask in UK and some doctors recommended the wearing of masks as well. There are already fashionable
and intriguing designed masks in the Japanese market place and a lot of people
are making their own original masks at home. I also made some masks for my
husband and myself. One day, one of my husband’s friends asked me to make the
design mask similar to my husband’s mask. And the next day,
other friends asked me as well. I made two masks for each person. As the cloth
masks must be washed after use for hygiene reasons, therefore it is
convenient for each person to have two masks.
イギリスでは新型コロナウィルスによるロックダウンの緩和が少しずつ始まりました。
６月の始めから学校が始まりと幾つかのお店は開店することができます。
多くの国の政府は人々にマスクの着用を勧めています。しかしながら、英国政府とかなりの人々はマスクの着用に熱心ではありません。それとは対照に日本の政府はマスクの着用を勧めており新型コロナウィルスの蔓延を防ぐため各家庭に２枚のマスクを配布しています。これは「アベノマスク」と呼ばれておりガーゼの布マスクです。最近は、英国でも多くの場所でのマスクの着用が強要されており、幾人かの医師もマスク着用を勧めています。
日本の市場ではすでにお洒落で面白いマスクがあり、多くの人が独創的なマスクを家庭で作っています。
私も夫と自分用に幾つかのマスクを作りました。ある日、夫の友人から夫と同じようなデザイン・マスクを作ってもらえないかとの依頼があり、そして翌日にはまた別の友人からも頼まれたのです。
マスクは一人に２枚作りました。布製マスクは衛生上使用の度ごとに洗わなければならないので、２枚あると便利かと思った次第です。
I
